TelEmail Support
TelEmail support has been designed to allow those of you who just need that five minute question answered on a regular basis.
TelEmail support provides your staff with the ability to contact us whenever they need to - for a flat monthly fee - thereby ensuring that they know they don’t need to struggle.
TelEmail is:
- on a monthly basis - paid in advance - has a 3 month initial commitment. After that, you may find that you have either: - found the comfort and security of the support and effective function and wish to keep retain it
- covered your initial issues and no longer require it
- covers both phone and email contact for the contracted period ( Terms and Conditions apply)
Using TelEmail means that : - You get your answer either instantly, or within a 2 hour period … and then move ahead quickly
- we don’t need to come to site for short visits
- provides senior management with a comfort zone that staff have solid, quick-access resource for their organisation
