Yes, you have purchased your software and your people have been initially trained and things appear to be going swimmingly well!! 

…or maybe you are reading this because things are not quite where they should be…

These sessions will take you through the software showing you the many features which make it so easy and efficient to use

Again, these sessions will take you through the software – this time with an emphasis on Reconciliation, Controls and preparation for Audit

One-on-one / On the Job
  • Ideal for those times where you have specific questions or problems to resolve
  • It may be that your next group session is too far away and you have a new person on board and you would like to have them up and running as soon as possible with all the tools at their fingertips ...
  • You have a list of items for us – that way we can identify and resolve as quickly as possible
  • Quantum Software: Time & Cost :  The Time & Cost module is one which is best suited to individual training within an organisation. Each client will use this module differently and to identify how is best carried out with a Needs Analysis session first. Time & Cost is often used in conjunction with a mixture of Projects; Purchase Ordering; Sales Orders; Projects and Cost Centres.


On Site Groups - customised to your specifications
  • Maybe you want everyone to know what the others need to know – that will help cover those times when people need to go on leave!
  • You know your existing business very well – however, you believe there are smarter ways for all your team to use the software
  • You have specific needs already identified and more than one person needs to be shown the same ropes!

A day-to-day user is a person who processes the paperwork, rather than the person who reports and controls.

How does this work?
  • You indicate your interest (this does not commit you!)
  • We wait until there is enough interest to confirm that Training will take place
  • For those of you who indicate over two months prior to the training date, we will follow up with an email to re-confirm your interest
  • We send an invoice approximately one month prior to the date of the training, with details of the Venue included
  • You have five working days in which to cancel
  • Payment is required three working days prior to the Training Date
Terms & conditions
  • Completing the Registration of Interest Form will not commit you to the training.
  • Training will only take place provided minimum attendees are achieved and EasiTech (NZ) Limited reserves the right to cancel any Training session where this criteria is not met.
  • Confirmation of any Training session will be on receipt of invoice, which will include details of the Venue.
  • Cancellation of your interest will be possible up to 5 working days following date of the invoice.
  • Payment is required 3 working days prior to the Training date.
